FAQ
1) Do I use chalk with these?
Yes these grips will perform best with chalk and are highly absorptive of chalk. The more you chalk them and the more you use them, the better they get.
2) What's the difference between OG and HD?
For these specific grips. OG is slightly thinner material and with a narrower wrist strap, while the HD is thicker material and has a wide wrist strap.
3) What do these perform best with?
Heavily chalked bars, Speal bars and especially rings
4) How do I wash these?
We recommend a hand wash with warm water and small amount of detergent diluted. Be sure to cover the velcro with the strap. Do not machine wash

Cover velcro with the strap and hand wash with warm water. Very small amount of detergent diluted can be used on the neoprene, strap and the back of the grips to clean, but keep surface of the grips to warm water only. Hang to dry

What's the difference between HD and OG?
HD has a wider wrist support and wider hand coverage. Our OG design has a thinner wrist support and more minimalist hand coverage, designed to fit the human hand. Which is better? That's purely personal preference, generally speaking bigger athletes tend to prefer the HD. Those who like less bulk on their wrist prefer the OG.
Should i go a size up for fingerless?
Following the size chart is recommended, however experienced athletes may want to go a size up for fingerless use with these grips. You do not need to go up 2 or more sizes from your measured size, excessive overhand does nothing to keep you on the bar as it's not physically in contact with the bar
Should I chalk these?
Yes, although these are solid without chalk they will perform best with chalk added. They've been designed to hold chalk for longer, meaning less trips to the bucket.
What pull up bars do these work best with?
All bar types and rings, great all round performance across the board. However if we had to pick one we'd say they perform best on powder coated chalked bars while the Fibes excel on steel bars
What's the difference between Fibre Grips and Base Grips?
The Base Grips use a synthetic leather material and generally perform best on powder coated style bars. While Fibre grips have a microfibre base and a softer/thinner feel, work best on steel bars and rings specifically.
Should I go fingerless or fingerholes?
One way you can decide is how you grab the pull up bar. Thumbs around, fingerhole may be better, Thumbs over, fingerless may be better. Especially when using for muscle ups thumb over the bar is the recommended use when completing bar muscle ups. But it does come down to personal preference. Fingerholes also offer other options such as to be used on KB's or on a barbell as needed. It's also worth noting you do not necessarily need to put your fingers all the way in the fingerholes, and just to the first knuckle will often give you more of a dowel effect to lock onto the bar with. Again test and trial and see what works best for you.
How long do these last?
Our expected life span would be between 6-24 months depending on usage. But again many things can affect this from volume, size of the athlete, bar types used, conditions, care, technique, types of movements and so on. All grips come with a 6 month warranty*
How can I wash these?
We recommend a hand wash with warm water and small amount of detergent diluted. Be sure to cover the velcro with the strap. Hang to dry fully. Do not machine wash

Im Sorry they look great! However they dont grip to the bars and thought I would try it with 3 others and they all confirmed they struggled to grip to the bar and made my toe to bars dangerous as I could have lost grip and swung off.
The White was good but was easy to get dirty, that I was ok with. however the safety of the grips was my main concern.
