Shipping

We provide multiple shipping options based on your needs and free shipping thresholds pending on your location and amounts ordered. Please note, for international wholesalers we highly recommend DHL Express and Shipping insurance to ensure the best shipping experience. Frog is not liable for lost or damaged shipments should you choose not to go with shipping insurance. International wholesalers may also be liable for customs charges which will be unique to your country.

Depending on your location your order may go directly to us as a draft order where we will contact you regarding your best shipping options and prices. 

At check out you can select 'Customer Provided Labels' from here we will provide you with carton sizes and dimensions once your order is pick and packed, you can then supply us with shipping labels to attach to the boxes on your behalf, from there you can book collection. Please be aware our warehouse may take 3 business days to pick and pack wholesale orders.
