We offer a 2 month warranty on all structural damage to the grips that do not align with usual wear and tear. If you experience any unusual damage not related to high volume use then please take a picture and send to us at email@example.com
We reserve the right to decide whether a refund or replacement is needed depending on the damage presented. For the grips, a price refund for general wear and tear due to usage is not eligible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Will be processed once the product is returned to us and the issue with the product confirmed by our service team. If a refund is confirmed to be justified a credit will be processed to your credit card or payment method provided by the customer.
For returns please ensure no chalk, sweat or other fluids/marks are present on the grips. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase/receipt’s present. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
