Refund & Exchange Policy
GRIPS WARRANTY
We offer a 6 month warranty on all structural damage to the grips that do not align with usual wear and tear. If you experience any unusual damage not related to high volume use then please take a picture and send to us at help@froggrips.com
We reserve the right to decide whether a refund or replacement is needed depending on the damage presented. For the grips, a price refund for general wear and tear due to usage is not eligible.
This warranty is to cover all manufacturing defects and faults that present a threat to the safety, functionality or structure of the product. This includes delamination, discolouration on arrival, significant tearing or structural/stitching damage. However, the warranty does not cover wearing except in extreme circumstances, e.g.- worn to the point of being ineffectual within 1 month of purchase.
REFUNDS
(if applicable)
Will be processed once the product is returned to us and the issue with the product confirmed by our service team. All product packaging and contents must be present and product in as new condition. If a refund is confirmed to be justified a credit will be processed to your credit card or payment method provided by the customer.
A refund/order replacement will not be issued until all products are returned and arrive to our warehouse in Australia and cleared by our service team for re-sale. This includes if the products are lost, damaged, delayed or stolen in transit with the carrier; except in cases where shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. Refunds/replacements will not be issued if a package experiences delays due to the carrier, customs or other services outside our control (this includes if shipping insurance was purchased).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. The exchange process can take between 7-12 days to complete domestically within Australia depending on shipping times.
2. Please be sure to include your full name and the original order number on your return!
3. The returning item(s) must be in original Frog™ packaging and unused, unmarked and in perfect re-sellable condition in order to be accepted! (Your return will be assessed upon arrival and will be rejected if these terms are not met!) **Original contents include: microfibre towel (Elite Grips), sweatbands, warranty tag, Frog Grips branded grips bag
4. You will need to upload an image of the product you are attempting to return in it’s current condition WITH original Frog Packaging.
5. As per the terms and conditions on our website “the cost of returns each way is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty”
The returning item (s) must be in original Frog Grips packaging and unused, unmarked and in perfect re-sellable condition in order to be accepted. Your return will be assessed upon arrival and will be rejected if these terms are not met. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase/receipt’s present. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Unless the product is faulty, reshipping of the exchanged goods will be at the customers expense.
Restocking & handling fees will apply.
An invoice will be sent to the customer and needs to be paid prior to goods being shipped.
There will be a processing time of approximately 1 week from the goods being received back to our warehouse and your replacement goods being shipped back out.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES / DUTIES
For international customers, Frog™ does not charge customs and duties, therefore your country's customs office may charge you import duties or taxes upon receiving your shipment to clear customs and complete delivery. These charges vary from country to country, so please be aware of your country's import tax rates. If duties are refused or not paid, the carrier will be unable to clear the order through customs for delivery. Consequently, the order will be destroyed and a refund for the order will not be issued.
