4mm thickness that feels like 10! It uses a 2 Ply material blend of 60% polyester and 40% rubber to protect your knees and adds maximum support + compression when entering the bottom of squats, cleans, lunges and snatches. You simply won't find a more supportive knee sleeve on the market.

Please note, the compression is the highest level, some 'wearing in' to pre stretch is required so you may have to pull them up and down when using initially (but boy is it worth it). If you'd prefer less initial compression go for a size up.
