Adjustable so you can crank them tighter when needed and also the thicker shoelace makes it easier to grab, especially when you have thumb tape on.

Wrist starts AMAZING!
The material is very comfortable, but it’s too soft. After using it for about three weeks, an old wrist injury started hurting again. I wouldn’t recommend it.
