Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  To process, please read the conditions carefully and fill in your order details and follow the prompts from the below portal. 

  • Please ensure no chalk, sweat or other fluids/marks are present on the products.
  • All product packaging must be present and products in as new condition. 
  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase/receipt’s present.
  • Inclusive of shipping timeframes, a return or exchange may take up to 2 weeks to complete. 
  • The cost of returns each way is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
