If you're used to neoprene knee sleeves, these will often run one to two sizes down for best fit, depending on tightness preferred

Care Instructions
Cover velcro with the strap and hand wash with warm water. Very small amount of detergent diluted can be used on the neoprene, strap and the back of the grips to clean, but keep surface of the grips to warm water only. Hang to dry

2-3mm, designed to give you warmth and light support
How should I size?
If you're used to neoprene style knee sleeves these will size lower in comparison. So for example if you wear a medium, we'd suggest a small or even an XS if you want more compression
Do they come in sets of 2?
Yes, all knee sleeve purchases come with two knee sleeves
Can I use these in workouts?
Yes, these are great for workouts, can help protect from rope climbs and even for running and endurance activities
