Please note, the compression is the highest level, some 'wearing in' to pre stretch is required so you may have to pull them up and down when using initially (but boy is it worth it). If you'd prefer less initial compression go for a size up.

Care Instructions
Cover velcro with the strap and hand wash with warm water. Very small amount of detergent diluted can be used on the neoprene, strap and the back of the grips to clean, but keep surface of the grips to warm water only. Hang to dry

How should I size?
Following the size chart going a size up if you want to reduce the amount of compression experienced, for most people this will be spot on.
Do they come in sets of 2?
Yes, all knee sleeve purchases come with two knee sleeves
Can I use these in workouts?
You could if you absolutely needed the extra support to get through, however for WOD's or high intensity training the reversible or wod sleeves are our recommendation. If you do go with them, it's recommended to pull them down when they're not being used to allow blood flow
