SIZING GUIDE
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For best results and to protect the neoprene:
Air out after every session - don’t leave them damp in your gym bag.
Hand wash in cool or lukewarm water using a small amount of mild detergent.
Gently squeeze and rinse thoroughly. Do not twist or wring.
Lay flat to air dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron or use fabric softener.
Ensure the sleeves are completely dry before storing.
Heat and harsh chemicals can damage the neoprene and reduce its elasticity and lifespan.
WARRANTY
12-Month Manufacturing Warranty
Frog Elite Knee Sleeves are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect sizing, or damage caused by improper washing, drying or storage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges can be processed within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in a resell able condition in their original packaging, unmarked and unused with all included items.

Small to size. Ordered large but they are more like medium och small.
They are nice and well built. The quality is alright. The sizing according to the guide where to small. I made an order worth 250 euro and paid 50 euro for shipping and 100 euro for tax. Not worth it. I ordered to an EU country.
