When using the grip tape it comes off so easily, I used it during a wod and had to take it off completely halfway through because it wasn’t sticking well. Any little bit of sweat that comes into contact with it will just stop sticking. Better off using cheap tape from the chemist instead. That has better stick

Glue is comming off the tape and it becommes slippery. Grips are absolutly amazing
Can’t go wrong with Frog Tape. Tried other cheaper brands but no where near the quality of Frog Tape. Easy to apply , easy to rip- no cutting required & easy to remove. No sticky reside left on you skin
