Cover velcro with the strap and hand wash with warm water. Very small amount of detergent diluted can be used on the neoprene, strap and the back of the grips to clean, but keep surface of the grips to warm water only. Hang to dry

How many uses do you get per roll?
This will vary person to person but our rolls are 5cm wide x 6.9m long. On average this will equate to 25-40 uses per roll
Does it have other uses?
Yes! It can also be used on the other fingers and for light support/strapping of joints. (although for injury support specific strapping tape is recommended) They also work great to protecting already torn hands
