Hand wash in cool or lukewarm water using a small amount of mild detergent.
Gently squeeze and rinse thoroughly. Do not twist or wring.
Lay flat to air dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron or use fabric softener.
Ensure the sleeves are completely dry before storing.
Heat and harsh chemicals can damage and reduce its elasticity and lifespan.

Frog WOD Sleeve RX are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect sizing, or damage caused by improper washing, drying or storage.

As a mid 40’s mum who has found the spark back in the gym, but the body likes to remind me I’m not as youthful as I like to think I am- the joints need that bit of extra support as my escapades get heavier and more frequent. The RX knee sleeves have made a huge difference on squat days, and the Lite version have been a welcomed addition to the typical metcon style workout days. Super compressive, but comfortable too. They don't move even on top of leggings. I followed the sizing advice and they are perfect.
