Sizing Guidelines:
If you're used to neoprene knee sleeves, these will often run one to two sizes down for best fit, depending on tightness preferred

How should I size?
If you're used to neoprene style knee sleeves these will size lower in comparison. So for example if you wear a medium, we'd suggest a small or even an XS if you want more compression
